How Do I Take Core Nutritionals Hard?
Core Nutritionals recommends taking one (1) Capsule 2-3 times per day. For optimal results, take one (1) Capsule upon waking, one (1) Capsule midday, and one (1) Capsule before bed. Do not exceed four (4) Capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for 4 to 8 weeks. Do not use for longer than 8 continuous weeks without taking a 4 week break.

I have now gone through two cycles and I’m loving it! Currently taking my break before the next one and looking forward to starting again! These really help my stress levels and recovery! They don’t burn fat directly but they help kee stress down and inflammation from training! A must have!
This has helped my body recover so much! I have thyroid issues and inflammation is a big problem for me when I train! This works wonders for that! If you try this you MUST take 3 every day for 8 weeks straight and not skip! That’s my advice at least! Oh and keep your nutrition in check! They go hand in hand otherwise, save your money and just eat what you want and leave more of these for me :)
