All shipping rates and times will be displayed in our checkout so you know exactly how long it will take to receive your order. Please keep in mind that taxes and duties are not included in shipping prices.

Will I Receive Tracking Information on My Shipment?
While we strive to provide you with the best service possible, with International Shipping Tracking isn't always available in all of the countries we ship to. International Tracking numbers are not automatically included. They are however available upon request within about a week after your order ships. To inquire about tracking and the status of your shipments please call us at 1-877-606-5955.
Prohibited Items
While we do our best to stay on top of customs laws in most major shipping destinations, it is ultimately your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.
Package Descriptions / Value
For international packages, the customs form will be affixed to the outside of your box. This will list each item name and the total quantity of that item in the package. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the description of your order. We constantly research and communicate with customs agencies and shipping carriers worldwide to ensure you package has the highest chance of arriving safely and quickly.
We do not include shipping costs in the total of your declared value. Any coupons, rewards, or other discounts are removed from the value of your order to reflect the actual price of the items, which helps lower the Declared Value. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the value of your order.
Duties & Taxes
You For 99% of packages the duties and taxes are apart of your shipping cost at checkout. Best Price Nutrition is not responsible for any additional duties and taxes which may occur .

Absolutely. While we have proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:
- IP address
- Credit card details
- Shipment addresses
- Email Address
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Contact Supplement Warehouse through our free Live Chat function or email us at helpdesk@supplementwarehouse.com as soon as possible. We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a photo of: the items in the order, the invoice, and the packaging you received this in. For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you.
What Will the Shipping Box Look Like?
Your product will be shipped in a discreet, blank cardboard box. It will not have our logo on the outside or any indication of what the items are inside the package. We aim to make the boxes as plain as possible to avoid customs opening the package up and assessing tax or duty.
