The Supplement Warehouse team understands that sometimes you need to be able to cancel your order.
Our team ships out our orders pretty quickly, almost all orders the same or next day in fact! If you need to cancel your order, it needs to be done before your order has shipped out. If it has not been shipped out, we can easily cancel your order for a full refund. If your order has shipped, you will need to return the unopened items back to our warehouse, which then we will refund you minus any shipping costs. Please see our Returns/Exchanges page for information on returning a package.
In order to cancel an order, you need to call us at 877-606-5955 or chat with us live on our website. We cannot accept cancellations through email, our online form, or on social media, as we may not check those for up to 24 hours. This includes any change to the shipping address, removal or additions to an order, and order cancellations. When calling, please have your order number ready.
When it comes to coupon codes, you can only use ONE coupon PER ORDER ONLY. Cannot be combined with other discounts or stacks.
