Supplement Warehouse is back and shipping out of Milwaukee, WI and Bolingbrook, IL! Now offering free standard shipping shipping to the USA on any order over $99, but this excludes bars, energy drinks, some liquids and RTDs*. Anything under $99, starts at only $4.99 depending the weight.

Other Shipping Options

Supplement Warehouse also offers USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. Costs for these services will be displayed when you checkout. Please note the shipping cut off time Monday - Friday is 2pm CT.

UPS and USPS themselves only offer service guarantee on USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air. Anything lesser DOES NOT qualify. In addition, only mechanical delays (delays caused by the carrier themselves) that are eligible. Meaning delays due to weather do NOT qualify. When choosing your shipping method, please note that weekends are not considered business days.

Free Shipping

Many individual products on our website are free shipping, no matter your total. As for spend $99 get free shipping, that only applies to packages that do not include energy drinks RTDs and bars. This does not include Hawaii or Alaska due to increased shipping costs.

APO/FPO/DPO

Supplement Warehouse offers discount shipping to the military. Normally packages arrive in 4-10 business days via USPS Military Mail.

International Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING SHIPMENTS TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE USA DUE TO CUSTOMS LAWS. WE ARE IMPLEMENTING NEW SHIPPING OPTIONS BASED ON THE LAWS OF WHAT CAN BE SHIPPED INTO YOUR COUNTRY.

For all International orders, the customs form will be affixed to your package. It will list the items within the box. This is International Law and we cannot change this. Due to the different laws on supplements and vitamins, it is your responsibility to know what can be shipped to your country and what cannot. If your package is seized by customs, you will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us minus the actual shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your package. You can pre-pay or post-pay for most countries we ship to. It is your choice.

International Tracking

While we strive to provide you with the best service possible, international tracking is not available at this time in all of the countries that we ship to. International tracking numbers are not automatically included, however, they can be provided upon request about a week after your order ships.

Address Errors

Errors sometimes happen when you enter your address information. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. If we ship your package to an incorrectly entered address, we can sometimes re-route it, but you may incur additional charges from that carrier. You are responsible to repurchase the order if the address was entered incorrectly and marked delivered. Also, if we have to re-ship your package (after we receive the first one back), you will be charged for shipping.

If you know you entered the wrong address, you must call us to resolve, as emails, social media messages and live chat may not be answered in time.

Lost Packages

While 99% of our packages shipped have no issues, sometimes packages are lost during transit. If your package is lost and your tracking is not being updated, please notify us. We will have to wait for the entire shipping time frame before filing a case and re-shipping your package, as required by the carrier.

Weather Related Delays

Please note that we cannot control the weather and deliveries during bad weather by all shipping companies. Once we ship out, it is up to the shipping companies to deliver packages through bad weather. We will definitely work with you to find out more information, but it is out of our control when weather is an issue and refunds cannot be given due to it.

Fraud

Supplement Warehouse uses a 3rd party fraud prevention company to monitor all transactions coming in. This is done instantly and you won't even notice. This is to help protect not only us, but our customers. If your order is flagged for fraud, you will be required to give more verification information before the product is shipped.

In Stock vs Out of Stock

We have 1000's of products in our warehouse, but also get 100's of orders each day. If a product shows "In Stock", it will normally ship out same (if ordered before 1pm CT) or next day. If a product lists "Out of Stock", we will most likely not be getting that product again. If it says "Shipping Delayed", that product is on order and will be shipped out as soon as it returns to inventory. Orders ship out once the order in it's entirety is all in stock and ready to ship.
