How to Take Alpha Lion SUPERHUMAN
You'll never need to take more than one scoop! Mix Superhuman with 12-16 oz. of water and drink 15-30 minutes before workout. Beginners should assess their tolerance by starting with 1/2 scoop then increasing to 1 scoop.
