Synadrene By Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals: We Review It
First, What is Synadrene?
Synadrene by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals is a high-stimulant thermogenic fat burner designed for individuals seeking enhanced energy, increased focus, improved metabolism, and accelerated fat loss. It’s sort of a successor to the once-popular Synedrex and is considered one of the strongest over-the-counter fat burners available. This product first came out when Synedrex had left the market for a short period of time. Since then it has been a huge seller for Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals.
Whether you're cutting for a competition, trying to break through a weight loss plateau, or just want that extra energy kick, Synadrene delivers the stimulants you want.
What are the Main Benefits?
When speaking with our customers on why they like Synadrene, these are normally the main reasons they buy it over and over again.
-
Extreme Energy – Powerful stimulants provide clean, long-lasting energy.
-
Thermogenesis – Supports a higher metabolic rate and fat oxidation.
-
Appetite Suppression – Helps reduce cravings and control caloric intake.
-
Improved Focus – Cognitive enhancers keep your mind sharp and dialed-in.
-
Mood Support – Ingredients like Sulbutiamine and Sandalwood may improve mood and motivation.
Much of this comes from the stimulants, especially the DMHA. Sometimes called 2-Aminoisoheptane. This is a strong stimulant and focus agent.
DMAA: What Happened?
At one time, Synadrene did have DMAA, but now that ingredient is banned. This is why you see almost every strong pre-workout or fat burner with DMHA, not DMAA. Very similar in strength though! You can read more about DMAA here.
Who is the Ideal Candidate for this Product?
-
Advanced users looking to burn fat quickly and are not sensitive to stimulants.
-
Competitive athletes, bodybuilders or fitness finatics in a cutting phase.
-
Individuals needing serious appetite control and energy to help them with whatever life brings their way.
Along with that though, there are those people that should not take Synadrene.
-
Anyone under 18 years of age.
-
Pregnant or nursing / breastfeeding women.
-
Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or stimulant sensitivity. This is why you always speak with your physician.
-
People already taking prescription stimulants or other over the counter stimulants and fat burners.
Let's Breakdown the Ingredients
Synadrene first lists it's main vitamins included in the product.
-
Vitamin B12 (100 mcg – 1,666% DV)
Enhances energy production, neurological function, and red blood cell formation. -
Vitamin B3 - Niacin (20 mg – 100% DV)
Supports metabolism, helps convert food into energy, and may contribute to fat mobilization. -
Vitamin B6 (4.25 mg – 212% DV)
Assists in brain development and metabolism of amino acids. -
Chromium (175 mcg – 146% DV)
Plays a role in regulating blood sugar and may help control cravings.
The next part is a big 815mg blend of ingredients. This is why it works though. And Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals puts this in a blend to keep the ratios secret. Why give away the farm?
-
Methylxanthine: Likely includes caffeine and related compounds that stimulate the central nervous system, boost metabolism, and increase alertness.
-
Green Tea Extract: Rich in antioxidants and EGCG, supports fat oxidation and metabolic rate.
-
1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl (DMAA): A powerful stimulant that mimics the effects of ephedrine. It provides intense energy, focus, and appetite suppression.
-
Sulbutiamine: A synthetic form of thiamine that enhances mental clarity, mood, and motivation.
-
Sandalwood Extract: Included possibly for mood or adaptogenic support.
-
Yohimbine Extract: Known for its fat-burning properties, especially for stubborn fat areas. Also increases adrenaline and suppresses appetite.
-
Alpha Lipoic Acid: A powerful antioxidant that may improve insulin sensitivity and reduce oxidative stress.
-
Poly-Thyrone (likely a proprietary or thyroid-supporting compound): May assist in regulating metabolism and fat loss indirectly via thyroid stimulation.

Real Customer Reviews
Good Energy Product
For me (everyone is different) I feel more energy when moving around, burn calories more, does give you a warm feeling but not bad. If I take it in the AM it lasts about 4 hrs. It has not helped me lose any weight but I can only take one a day. It does give me some insomnia (just not full deep sleep). It will curve my appetite but only for a few hours then I am hungry! I see better energy if I do not take it every day and skip a few days.
Powerful
My favorite local supplement store stopped carrying this product and it made me sad. With some Google research, this website was the first one to pop up and was actually selling this product. Delivery was fast and the product was legit! I will start using this website more often! Also this product is literally super powerful and I use it for work to keep me up.
Incredible Strong, Not for the Weak
This stuff is REALLY strong. I'm a somewhat large fellow, and usually have a resistance to stims and diet supps. But this formula kicked my ***! I couldn't even handle the dose recommendations and only took it twice a day. Energy, focus, thermogenesis and appetite suppression was all in high gear! Almost on a par with Gaspari's old Mitotropin.
Our Video Review on Synadrene
I Still Want it, How do I Take it?
Great! Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take three capsules per day. 1-2 in the morning and an additional capsule after lunch. Do not take close to bedtime. Also, never exceed more than four capsules in a 24 hour period.
