How Do I Take APS Nutrition Mesomorph?
APS Nutrition recommends that you take one (1) full Scoop 30-40 minutes before your workout. On non-workout days you can take a half (1/2) Scoop in the morning for an extra energy boost. This can be taken by both Men and Women. Due to the strength of Mesomorph, it is not recommended to take this within 4 hours of bedtime.
