How to Take Critical Mass to Hit Your Goals
Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take 2 scoops of Critical Mass and mix in 20 ounces of water or milk. It is recommended 1-3 times per day, based on your calorie goals. You can drink it first thing in the morning, post-workout or even before bed.
Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 14-20 oz (400-600ml) of water or milk, 1-3 times per day. Drink Critical Mass first thing in the morning after waking, post-workout, and/ before going to bed.
