EAS Valerian-RX 400mg 90 Tablets
Valerian-RX is a supplement containing Velrian Root, a powerful anxiolytic (anxiety reducing) drug which is useful for its calming effects, sleep aid, and mental relaxation. Valerian root has been shown in research studies to inhibit enzyme-induced breakdown of GABA in the brain, which results in sedation. Valerian-RX contains the metabolically active non-volatile monoterpenes known as valepotriates which contribute to the overall sedative effect on the central nervous system.
Valerian-RX by EAS utilizes a proprietary extract processed from the valerian root sourced from Europe. This concentrate from 400mg of extract is standardized to 0.8% of total Valerenic Acid from the European Valerian Officinalis Extract (root) for a total of 3.2mg Valerenic Acid per tablet.

Take 1-2 tablets for relaxation. Take one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed more than 3 tablets in a 24-hour period.
