How to Take Myofeed PB2
Add and mix desired amount of MyoFeed Protein to a shaker with 6-8oz of water already inside per serving of MyoFeed Protein. Shake vigorously. Feel free to adjust amount of water added to achieve your ideal sweetness level. For best results, always add MyoFeed Protein to a shaker that already has water in it to improve solubility.
