My Experience

This is Jeff with Supplement Warehouse. Smelling salts are one of the most extreme things I have ever tried in my life. These things are strong. I wouldn't recommend a big whiff the first time through, especially when just opening up the bottle. But if you are looking to hit that PR, then take that whiff right before your lift, you'll hit it!

Directions on Taking Obsidian Ammonia Irish Car Bomb Smelling Salts

1. Shake the bottle for a few seconds to activate it.

2. Open it away from your face — not right under your nose.

3. Hold it 6–12 inches from your nostrils.

4. Take one quick, sharp sniff (don’t inhale deeply).

5. Close immediately to keep it potent.

6. Wait 5–10 seconds, then lift.

7. Use only for max attempts or PR sets, not every set.

8. Avoid if you’re dizzy, overstimulated, or have breathing issues.

9. Let breathing normalize before using again.
