What is Warehouse Rewards?
Warehouse Rewards is the Supplement Warehouse customer loyalty program. Eligible purchases earn 3% back in Warehouse Credits that can be used toward future eligible purchases.
How much do I earn on purchases?
You earn 3% of your eligible merchandise purchase amount in Warehouse Credits. For example, a qualifying $100 purchase earns $3 in credits.
Do Warehouse Credits expire?
Warehouse Credits do not have a standard expiration date due to inactivity. They remain available under the program's terms while the program operates, subject to corrections, adjustments, and applicable law.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Credits earned on returned, refunded, or canceled merchandise or orders will be deducted or reversed. Partial refunds may result in proportional reward adjustments. This ensures that rewards are earned only on qualifying purchases that are retained.
Can I redeem credits for cash?
No. Warehouse Credits are promotional store rewards and have no cash redemption value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash, or exchanged for a cash payment.
Can I earn credits on shipping or taxes?
No. Rewards are calculated on eligible merchandise totals after applicable discounts, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and other nonqualifying fees.
Can I use my credits with other promotions?
The ability to combine Warehouse Credits with coupons, discounts, and other promotions depends on the applicable offer and checkout eligibility. Some promotions or products may be excluded.
How do I check my Warehouse Credits?

Is there a fee to participate?

Warehouse Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Please review the following information regarding participation, earning, and redemption.
1. Program Overview
Warehouse Rewards is a promotional loyalty program offered by Supplement Warehouse. Eligible customers may earn Warehouse Credits on qualifying purchases and redeem available credits toward qualifying future purchases, subject to these terms.
2. Earning Rewards
Eligible purchases earn Warehouse Credits equal to 3% of the qualifying merchandise purchase total. Rewards are calculated after applicable discounts and exclude sales tax, shipping charges, gift card purchases, fees, and other excluded items or amounts. Credits may be subject to processing or verification before becoming available.
3. Redeeming Credits
Warehouse Credits may be redeemed toward eligible future purchases through the redemption methods supported by Supplement Warehouse. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redemption may be subject to product exclusions, checkout restrictions, or promotional limitations.
4. No Standard Expiration
Warehouse Credits do not expire simply because a customer has not made a purchase or used their rewards for a period of time. However, credits remain subject to these program terms, account eligibility, program changes or termination, and applicable laws.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If an order or product is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, any Warehouse Credits earned in connection with the affected purchase may be deducted, reversed, or adjusted. For partial refunds, credits may be adjusted proportionally.
If credits earned on a purchase have already been redeemed before that purchase is refunded or reversed, Supplement Warehouse reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to adjust the customer's remaining rewards balance, including creating a negative rewards balance or offsetting future earned credits.
6. Errors and Account Corrections
Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to investigate, correct, adjust, add, or remove Warehouse Credits resulting from technical errors, calculation mistakes, duplicate awards, incorrect transactions, system malfunctions, fraudulent activity, or any other error affecting the accuracy of rewards balances.
An incorrect credit balance or reward posting does not create an entitlement to retain credits that were awarded in error.
7. Misuse and Fraud
Supplement Warehouse may suspend or terminate participation, reverse improperly earned rewards, or restrict redemption in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violations of program terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Program Modifications
Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to modify, update, restrict, or discontinue the Warehouse Rewards program, including reward earning rates, eligible purchases, redemption requirements, promotional rules, and other program features, at its discretion, with or without advance notice where permitted by applicable law.
9. Program Cancellation
Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to suspend or cancel Warehouse Rewards at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The treatment of outstanding Warehouse Credits following program termination will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any termination terms announced by Supplement Warehouse.
10. General Conditions
Warehouse Credits are promotional rewards, are nontransferable unless expressly authorized, and are intended for use by the customer account that earned them. Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to establish reasonable eligibility and redemption requirements. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Supplement Warehouse Rewards terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Where applicable law requires different treatment, the law will control.
