Yes, there is nothing wrong with it! This is perfectly normal and happens to 99% of preworkouts. An ingredient called "glycerol" tends to make the pre workouts clump up, or any ingredient that is a hygroscopic, meaning it takes moisture and traps it. Our vendors say to just break it up with a spoon and or even blend it all together. If you have any more questions, please contact our customer service team.

No, we do not ship them out cold. They are kept cold in a fridge until the time of shipping. We have directly contacted our vendors and they specifically told us that "Probiotics are perfectly safe not being cold in transit. They should be refrigerated AFTER being opened." If you still have some concerns, please contact customer serice.

Of course its safe! We do NOT keep any credit card on file. Our website has "https" with a little lock, that means its secure. We do however have a fraud department called Signifyd, if they mark your order as fraud, it will be automadically canceled with notification. 

The best thing to do is to wait 24-48 hours. There is a good chance the mail carrier has it in the truck and marked delivered. If you still did not get it after 48hrs, please call our customer service!

Depends! We try to be the lowest prices. If you see lower price on another site, please call us and we can see upon confirmation if we can do that. We DO NOT price match marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, GNC, etc. We also do not price match if there are reward points. 

Customer service is avaiable to you Monday-Friday from 8am central to 5pm central. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping

This means we do not have it in the warehouse, but we can still order it from the manufacturer. Once we get the item from the manufactour, we ship it to you. 

Route is a shipping insurance we offer for lost, damaged, or theft packages. You can add it to your cart on the checkout. Route does not cover if address is entered incorrectly prior to shipping. If the address is wrong, please contact customer service before shipment. Route does not cover seized packages. 

Of course we do! We ship to APO/FPO addresses. To do this, select USPS Priority Mail. UPS doesn't allow shipments in Military. How much it costs depends on the weight. Here is how to enter the shipping address for military:

The only places we ship to are USA, Australia, and Canada.
