Directions & Dosage
Day 1 and 2 - To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch. Day 3 and beyond - Take 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules before lunch.
Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 4 hour period. Do not take Thermoxyn within 4 hours of bedtime.
For best results, use Thermoxyn for 8-12 weeks. Combine with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and drink plenty of water. Do not snack in between meals or after dinner.
