Dosage / Directions
General Directions For Fast-Up: Take 1-3 capsules daily.
For Beginners: Starting taking only 1 capsule per day. You can eventually go up to 2 capsules per day.
Intermediate/Advanced: Take 2 to 3 capsules per day.
