How Do I Take Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Novedex XT?

Take as a dietary supplement. Take 1 tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon. Do not take more than 4 tablets of Novedex XT per day. Novedex XT should not be used by women, especially women who are pregnant, lactating, or may become pregnant.
