This BCAA supplement has an added CLA Matrix along with Agmatine and features 5 grams of BCAAs per serving. Ingredient Breakdown

1. Leucine Support Matrix (2.5 g): Leucine is one of the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and is considered crucial in the role of muscle protein synthesis, which is needed for lean muscle mass growth and recovery. 

2. Isoleucine Muscle Matrix (1.25 g): Isoleucine, which is another BCAA, is important for muscle metabolism. This can lead to more lean muscle mass growth and repair.

3. Valine Recovery Matrix (1.25 g): The third BCAA, Valine, is also part of the muscle metabolism process, specifically in muscle repair and recovery.

4. Omega 6 Fatty Acids & CLA Matrix (1 g):

• Safflower Oil Powder and Avocado Oil Powder: These are sources of omega-6 fatty acids, which can help reduce muscle breakdown after your workouts.
• Coconut Oil Powder: Contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) which are great for intraa-workout recovery and less soreness after your workouts.
