Jury Still Out

I did not notice any difference in how I felt. I have noticed my sleep apnea symptoms have gone up from under 5 events per hour to over 20 (AHI). So I stopped taking it to see if it goes back to normal. After 2 days it is back to 5. After a week I will start taking NAD+ again and see if symptoms return. So not a good thing if this is the cause of my increase in obstructive sleep apnea. Will wait and see.
