Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you start by accessing your tolerance and only take 1 capsule each morning. Once tolerance is accessed, take 1-2 capsules before breakfast and an additional capsule after lunch. Do not exceed more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
