Directions
Mix one (1) scoop with 8-10 ounces of your beverage of choice. Take one serving upon waking and another serving 4-6 hours later. Each serving should be taken on an empty stomach just prior to a meal and stay well hydrated while on the product. Should be cycled three weeks on and one week off.
