Allmax Nutrition Glutamine 400 Grams
ALLMAX Glutamine Powder delivers 5 g of free-form L-Glutamine per scoop, produced through a Japanese fermentation process using GlutaSure technology. This plant-based, non-animal method produces pharmaceutical-grade amino acid crystals with enhanced purity and bioavailability. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue and becomes conditionally essential during high-intensity training, meaning demand outpaces the body's natural production.
What Does L-Glutamine Do?
L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that may require supplemental support during intense training or caloric restriction. It plays a central role in muscle protein synthesis, immune defense, and gut barrier integrity. A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study found that L-glutamine supplementation was associated with faster strength recovery and a reduction in muscle soreness following intense eccentric exercise.
Key Benefits at a Glance
- Pure L-glutamine — no fillers, no additives, no artificial colors
- Supports muscle recovery and reduces soreness post-exercise
- Supports immune system function—particularly during high-volume training
- Supports gut lining integrity as the primary fuel for intestinal epithelial cells
- Lab tested every lot in a cGMP-registered facility
- Three sizes available: 100 g, 400 g, 1,000 g
What GlutaSure Technology Does Differently
GlutaSure is a pressure-driven ceramic membrane process that does three things: it reduces glutamine particle size, increases suspension time in liquid, and speeds glutamine absorption into the bloodstream. The result is a free-form powder with superior dissolution characteristics compared to standard glutamine, making each gram more readily available to muscle tissue and the gut lining.
How to Take it
- Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 8–10 oz (237–295 mL) of water or juice
- Take 1–2 servings daily, ideally around workouts
- Post-workout is an ideal time to support recovery
