Directions & Dosage
Both Panda Supps and Pump Sauce recommend that you take 1-2 caps 15-20 minutes prior to workout. DO NOT exceed 2 capfuls in 24 hours. Start with 1⁄2 capful (1 tbsp) to assess tolerance. Refrigerate for optimal taste but not required.
