How do quest bars work? What is in them?

Why can't you have something sweet that is good for you? That kind of product is hard to find but not anymore! Quest Nutrition has taken sweets and protein and combined it into one delicious bar. Each bar packs around 15g of protein and only having 4g of net carbs! Having this much protein in one bar is great because it keeps you full and gives you outstanding energy throughout the day so you can keep up with your activities. Now the biggest piece of information is this: Why does this taste like candy? Well in each bar, there is a component that more and more people are starting to see! Its called Allulose. Allulose is a very low calorie sugar that has the same texture and taste as sugar. But this 'sugar' is hard to come by because its naturally present is a small range of food like wheat, figs, and raisins. Allulose and Sugar are in the same wavelength, but process through the body differently so allulose comes out as very low to little calories! Allulose is around 0.4 Calories per gram instead of the 4.0 Calories per gram that's in regular sugar.
