Our Take

I personally have had each limited edition Panda Supps pre-workout that has been released. Each one, while unique, has one thing in common, it is so, so strong! These are not for beginners, well Level 1 is. Level 2 and Level 3 should be left to advanced pre-workout users. Or, at the very least, you should take only about 1/2 scoop to begin. But if you are at these advanced levels then definitely try it. They are limited so you need to hurry to get your hands on them.

Directions & Dosage

Panda Supps recommends starting out with 1/4th to 1/2 scoop to access your tolerance (with level 2 and 3). Once your tolerance has been accessed, you can move to a full scoop. Take in 8-12 ounces of cold water about 20 minutes before your workout.
