How Do I Take Serious Nutrition Solutions PeakO2?
Serious Nutrition Solutions recommends taking three (3) Capsules once or twice per day. On training days, take three (3) Capsules approximately 30 minutes before exercise & another three (3) Capsules after exercise. On non-training days, take three (3) Capsules once or twice per day. If consuming three (3) Capsules twice per day, space the dosage out such as three (3) Capsules in the morning & three (3) Capsules in the evening.
