Directions & Dosage: How Much to Take
Shake bottle prior to use. XPG recommends that you apply 1-2 pumps once or twice per day. Do not ever exceed more than 4ml per day.
Workout Days: Apply 1-2 pumps 30 minutes pre-workout and an additional 1-2 pumps 8-12 hours later or before.
Rest Days: Apply 1-2 pumps in the morning and again 8-12 later.
