What Is In Spartan Whey Protein?

Sparta Nutrition's Spartan Whey Protein has many ingredients in it's blend to make sure you get the most out of it, and because of its full disclosed ingredient list, you can see everything! Let's get to it.

The reason why Spartan Whey Protein is different and works is because of its 3 part blend it contains. This is 13g of Whey Protein Concentrate, 12g of Whey Protein Isolate, and 6g of Micellar Casein. If you add all these proteins together, you get a whopping 25g of pure protein.

Also, because of the amount of amino acids in this protein, Spartan Whey Protein is ideal for building lean muscle mass. Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein, and you need protein to make muscles. And having more protein, means faster recovery because your fueling your body with energy and stamina. By doing that, your increasing your metabolism and your burning of fat just like that. It's that simple!

What's the difference between Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, and Micellar Casein?

The big question here. All of these protein types are great to have, but even better when combined and its in one little scoop rather than buying 3 tubs of different proteins.

Whey Protein Concentrate is the liquid bi-product you get after making cheese. It's the most sought out protein in the bodybuilding and fitness world because it works and it's easy to get. Whey Protein Concentrate is micro filtered and doesn't use heat to make so you ultimately get a pure protein in the process. Also, its rich in BCAA and Glutamine which a lot of athletes look for to build muscle and speed recovery and has around 80% of pure protein.

Whey Protein Isolate is very similar but has some differences. Whey Protein Isolate is around 90% pure protein, compared to Whey Protein Concentrate, because of the process it goes through. It separates the protein from things like fat, lactose and even cholesterol making it a much purer protein. Because of that, it has less fat and carbs, meaning less calories, so its a nicer choice for people that want to repair and gain their muscles or even people that want low body fat. And the nice part, this protein can be taken by people you have dietary restrictions like lactose intolerance!

Micellar Casein is another protein that is slowly absorbed in the body, not like its past siblings, which are fast absorption. So because of this, most people take this before bed or at night so it proteins a straight source of protein throughout the night and or an extended period of time. Now, taking casein before bed is ideal because when your sleeping, you aren't taking food, protein, or anything. Taking it before bed, you get protein in your system for 6-8 hours and that gives your body increased protein synthesis and helps make muscles. This then leads to fat loss overall. Plus, this protein gives your shakes that creamy, velvety texture.

All these proteins added together on top of the amino acids blends, it's sure to help build muscle and speed up your recovery process. Plus it taste good, like Spartan Whey Loopy Fruit!
