How to make Essiac tea:
1 - Bring Sodium free distilled water to a rolling boil in a 4 gallon pot with lid on (Approximately 30 minutes).
2 - Stir in 1 cup of dry ingredients (store remainder of herb in a cool dark place - herbs are light sensitive). Replace lid & continue boiling for 10 minutes.
3 - Turn off stove & scrape down sides of pot with spatula & stir mixture thoroughly, replace lid.
4 - Allow pot to remain closed for 12 hours, then stove to highest setting & heat to almost boiling, approximately 20 minutes (Do not let mixture boil).
5 - Turn off stove. Strain liquid into 3 gallon pot. Clean 4 gallon pot & strainer. Then filter liquid back into 4 gallon pot.
6 - Use funnel to pour hot liquid into sterilized bottles immediately, taking care to tighten caps. Allow bottle to cool; then tighten caps again.
7 - Refrigerate. Essiac contains no preservative agents. (If mold should develop in bottle, discard immediately).
8 - Shake bottle of Essiac. Take 4 Tablespoon (2 ounces) of Essiac Twice per day. Morning; you can eat 5 minute after taking the Essiac. Bedtime; on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after eating.
