Lignans are fiber solids from the hull of flax seeds, and they are powerful plant polyphenols (think green tea and red wine). Directions
1-2 Tbsp recommended daily. Simply enjoy right off the spoon or mix into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies. Not recommended for cooking. Also available without lignan in our red labeled variety which has a milder flavor.

Lignan flaxseed oil is unfiltered and contains particles of the whole seed, and they like to settle at the bottom of the bottle. This oil can range in color from gold or amber to dark brown.
