Such a great product. The energy you feel in the morning, after taking this, is noticeable. If your working out hard you can feel that this helps you recover. I recently took this product for 3 weeks without missing a day, and then one day last week forgot to take it before bed and felt like a bag of trash in the morning. I recommend this product to anybody that has a hard time falling asleep and wants to recover their muscles at night.
