How Do I Take VMI Sports Aminogex Ultra?
VMI Sports recommends adding one (1) Scoop to 8-10 Ounces of Water (or adjust Water level accordingly for personal taste preference). Take two (2) Scoops before, during, or after training sessions on workout days, and 2 Scoops between Meals on non-training days.
