Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you mix up three (3) Scoops of Jack'd Up in 4 to 8 Ounces of cold Water. Drink 30 minutes before your workout on an empty Stomach. Because of the strength of this pre-workout supplement, it is recommended to begin with half (1/2) the dosage the first few days to access your tolerance.
