Directions & Dosage
Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day. Best to take 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and then an additional capsule in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

I've tried lipodrene elite and had great results. Stimerex hardcore is much stronger. You can feel the energy, and if taken late you will not sleep. Overall and excellent product.
This stuff works
Ok.. I say it works but what does that mean. I mean I felt works like the old ephedra did... or is it ephedrine. Anywho, it give you the sakes, and makes you lose your appetite, and huge energy boost. But not like a niacin boost where you itch. I love it. Now for those that dont like the shakes. You may not like it. I take 1 pill when I wake up and another around lunch, and that works perfectly for me. I like the shakes because in my head, it means its working. I know I'm probably unique that way, but I do like it.
