  1. Blend 2 Scoops (57 g) (makes about 3 Pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. For 3 Scoops (86 g) (makes about 4 Pancakes) mix with 1/2 cup of water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the better per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300°F griddle.
  3. Cook pancakes 1- 1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
