How to Take Animal Rage XL
Due to the extreme power of Animal Rage XL, Universal Nutrition recommends starting with 1 scoop to assess tolerance to the product. To create a concentrated mix or "shot" of Animal Rage XL, add and mix 1 level scoop to 4oz of water or beverage of choice and take 20-30 minutes before starting your vigorous workout. Never take more than 2 servings within a 24 hour period or with 6.8 hours of going to bed.
