How to Take Stimerex-ES
Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals recommend that you take 1 tablet up to 3 times per day. Best to take 1-2 in the morning on an empty stomach and an additional tablet in the afternoon on an empty stomach. Never exceed more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period. Real Ephedra is the black diamond shaped tablets, which these are.

Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
