Directions
Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommend that you take 1 diamond shaped tablet up to 3 times per day. Best to take 1-2 in the morning on an empty stomach and an additional tablet in the afternoon on an empty stomach. Never exceed more than 4 tablets in a given day.
Tip: To better help you access tolerance, start with only 1 tablet the first few days and move up from there.

Overall really good product and price. I really noticed a long lasting boost the first time I took it although it still works good I think I would need to take a bit more to achieve that same effect. Having said that it still works well enough at the prescribed/recommended dose to get going early in the morning and work out. Or just make it to work in the morning after a long night. Whatever you are doing from work to exercise I would definitely recommend this product especially as far as supplements in its class go. I would by more and already have....

Stimerex-ES Review
Not a bad supplement. I used for energy at work and it did kickstart my shift(I work overnights.) Effects lasted around 5-6 hours, started working in about 45 minutes give or take. Hardly any shakes, but wouldn’t say it made me feel A1 either. Just a small boost, nothing great. A little better than a cup of coffee. Overall rating 3 stars.
