The DMHA (2-Aminoisoheptane) & Geranium extract in Jack3d work very well together. To use Geranium Extract, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals removes the currently litigated DMAA from the extract, and use the rest of the unargued alkaloids.

How to Take USP Labs Jack3d
Mix 1-3 Scoops of Jacked with 6-12 oz. of cold water and consume 1 serving daily. On exercise days, consume daily serving 30-60 minutes prior to resistance training. Contents may settle. SHAKE CONTAINER PRIOR TO EACH USE. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping and discoloration. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.

I love it. I used the first generation preworkout before it was removed from the market. I just couldn’t really find another one that worked similar. Either they were overkill and made me sick, or they just didn’t give the pump. After a little hesitation to try the new formula, I’m glad I did. The tingly feeling doesn’t happen anymore but I get similar intensity without it making me sick. Love it!
