The newest Fitness trend gone viral on TikTok is called the 12-3-30 workout. The workout has completely taken the Internet by storm in recent months, and has been adopted and sworn by, by many Fitness Gurus! If you're still wondering what in the World the 12-3-30 workout is, you're in the right place. The 12-3-30 is a Treadmill workout where you set the Treadmill's incline to 12.0, the speed to 3.0, and walk at that setting for 30 minutes. Several before and after photos posted by people completing the 30-day challenge have been absolutely astonishing.

Where did this new challenge come from, you ask? The TikTok 12-3-30 workout was first thought up by Social Media Personality Lauren Giraldo, who originally tried it and posed the challenge a few months ago. Giraldo says she came up with the workout after hitting the gym and feeling intimidated by all the equipment. Giraldo says, "The Treadmill seemed like an easy piece of equipment to use." Giraldo noted that she'd been playing around with the Treadmills settings, and ultimately stumbled upon the 12-3-30 workout. To date, her initial video has gained upwards of 12 million views. Giraldo has also seen great success of her own with her 12-3-30 training method, saying it's helped her to lose over 30 Pounds.

How Do I Do The 12-3-30 Workout?

1. Simply Start Walking On Your Treadmill At A Speed Of 3.0.

2. Begin To Increase The Incline Of Your Treadmill To 12.0.

3. Set Your Timer For 30 Minutes, & Continue Walking For The Duration Of Your Workout.

4. Congrats! You've Completed One Day Of The 30-Day 12-3-30 Challenge.
